I have been in the finance and startup industry for years. I studied finance, I work in finance, and I basically breathe finance. So, I can assure you that if you work with me once, you will always want to work with me on your business projects. The time of delivery depends on the difficulty of the requested work and capacity.
I will assist with financial consulting and I can perform the following tasks:
Quantitative Analysis
- Build a financial model in excel including forecasts; integrating income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and cap table
- Ratios/ Multiples
- Comparable Companies Analysis
- DCF Analysis
Qualitative Analysis (depending on your business case)
- External Analysis (e.g. Porters Five Forces)
- Internal Analysis (e.g. SWOT Analysis)
- Assess your company’s strategy
- Evaluate your customer experience
This will assist in:
- Raising capital
- Making acquisitions
- Growing the business
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Making investment recommendations (buy/sell/hold)
- Anything else you would need. :)
