I'm experienced in developing business strategy and marketing plans while setting the execution lead and lag KPIs (key performance indicators). My approach starts with:
1- Understanding the business vision, mission and values,
2- Scanning the macro environment (macro-economics), micro environment (customers and competitors). Followed by SWOT or TOWS matrix to identify the element of the business strategy.
3- Once strategy is developed, I move then to construct the marketing plan, 4Ps and detailed description of the tactical plan,
4- Last part is setting the target KPIs for each activity to ensure appropriate business plan execution.
My service is a world class service as I have developed strategies for a global Multinational organizations (MNCs).
I hold a bachelor degree in Pharmacy as well as Master of Business Administration MBA from the University of Bradford, UK
